Willowbrook choir students travel to Tennessee for musical tour

From April 11 to 14, 42 Willowbrook choir students traveled to Nashville, Tenn., for a musical tour.

During their trip, the students:

• Participated in a clinic at Vanderbilt University
  
  
• Participated in a songwriting clinic with singer, songwriter, artist and producer James Dean Hicks
  
  
• Recorded three songs at RCA Studio B (where Elvis Presley recorded many of his hits)
  
  
• Performed in front of the Grand Ole Opry, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and for a Mass at Christ the King Catholic Church
  
  
• Enjoyed live performances at the Grand Ole Opry, the General Jackson Showboat and the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theatre
  
  
• Enjoyed line dancing lessons
