Willowbrook names 2016-17 Civitas inductees

On April 4, Willowbrook inducted 350 students into the school’s social studies honor society, Civitas.

To become a member of Civitas, students must have a weighted GPA of 3.75 or higher in three or more semesters of social studies coursework (all grades must be an A or B). Students also are encouraged to participate in extracurricular organizations such as Youth and Government, Econ Challenge, Mock Trial and Model UN, as well as to be involved in community service and leadership activities.
