Willowbrook hosts Homecoming 2014

From Sept. 22 to 27, Willowbrook celebrated Homecoming Week with several events and activities.

This year’s theme was Around the World. Throughout the week, students showed their Warrior Pride and school spirit.

Highlights of Homecoming Week included:

• Sept. 24: Homecoming powder-puff football game (the seniors won 8-0 against the juniors)
• Sept. 26: Homecoming pep assembly
• Sept. 26: Homecoming soccer game and bonfire
• Sept. 27: Homecoming football game
• Sept. 27: Homecoming dance (nearly 1,000 students attended the dance, which included refreshments provided by The Brook Catering Co., which is comprised of Willowbrook students who are enrolled in the school’s culinary classes)
