On Oct. 14, student-athletes and staff members joined together to compete in the 6th Annual Willowbrook Girls Tennis Team/Faculty Tournament.

Willowbrook junior Elena Maxse (a starter on the Varsity Girls Tennis Team) and Junior Varsity Girls Tennis Team Coach Suzie Lobdell won the championship against Willowbrook freshman Kinsley Witkowski (a starter on the Varsity Girls Tennis Team) and Art Department Head John Epple.

“It was another wonderful event,” said Eddie DeLaCruz, Willowbrook teacher and Girls/Boys Varsity Tennis Coach. “We had 16 pairs compete, no injuries, some soreness, some very creative shirt designs and lots of laughs.”
