Willowbrook Speech Team earns awards at Larkin High School tournament

On Jan. 20, members of the Willowbrook Speech Team competed in a tournament at Larkin High School and came in 4^th place out of 24 schools.

Extemporaneous Speaking: Junior Colton Emmert, 2^nd place

Humorous Duet Acting: Sophomore Malachy Heneghan and junior Jason Nelson, Next-in 2^nd place

Humorous Interpretation: Junior Jason Nelson, Next-in 6^th place

Impromptu Speaking: Junior Margaret Brennan, 1^st place (Tournament Champion); Freshman Marcus Castillo, Next-in 4^th place
