Members of the Willowbrook class of 2023 host Senior Sunrise event to celebrate start of 2022-23 school year

On Aug. 16, Willowbrook hosted a Senior Sunrise event for members of the class of 2023.

About 200 students gathered to watch the sunrise at Willowbrook to celebrate the start of the 2022-23 school year. Participants enjoyed games, music, refreshments and camaraderie with their peers.

The event was coordinated by a group of senior students, and they plan to host a Sunset event in May to close out the school year.
