Willowbrook hosts send-off celebration for three students who competed in DECA International Career Development Conference

On April 22, Willowbrook hosted a send-off celebration for three students who competed in the DECA International Career Development Conference.

Those students are:

• Seniors Penelope DelValle and Maxwell Hirsch: Innovation Plan (placed 3^rd at the Illinois DECA Career Development Conference)
  
  
• Senior Chris Nasi: Independent Business Plan (Qualified for the DECA International Career Development Conference – placed 1^st at the Illinois DECA Career Development Conference)
  
  
• Junior Neeraja Kumar: Integrated Marketing Campaign (placed 3^rd at the Illinois DECA Career Development Conference)

The DECA International Career Development Conference took place from April 23 to 26 in Georgia. DECA is a competitive club that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. For more information, go to www.deca.org.
