On Sept. 2, Willowbrook students and parents/guardians attended the school’s annual Open House. To view the school’s Open House webpage, go to https://sites.google.com/dupage88.net/wbhsopenhouse2021/wbhs-open-house-2021.

Participants were able to meet administrators and staff members and learn about Willowbrook’s curriculum as they followed an abbreviated version of their student’s daily schedule. Principal Dr. Daniel Krause welcomed the group and shared successes of Willowbrook, as well as important information for the school year.

About 550 students were represented by a parent/guardian in attendance.

The District 88 Transition Program also hosted a virtual Open House for parents/guardians. That program supports individuals who have disabilities and helps them learn life skills, obtain job training in a community setting and transition to life after District 88. The program welcomes 70 students this year, including College of DuPage Connections.
