Willowbrook seniors Caitlin Brennan, Samantha Williams and Melissa Martinez (pictured above, from left) were recently recognized as College Board National Recognition Program Scholars.
According to https://tinyurl.com/y2kl9m7v, “The College Board National Recognition Programs create pathways to college for students from underrepresented communities by awarding them academic honors and connecting them with universities (throughout) the country.” Students who take the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) and are African American, Hispanic American or Latinx, Indigenous, or attend school in a rural area or small town are eligible to apply for this recognition.
