Addison Trail hosts State send-off celebration for six members of the FCCLA Team

On April 4, Addison Trail hosted a State send-off celebration for six members of the school’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Team.

Those students competed in the Illinois FCCLA State Leadership Conference and State Competitions, which took place from April 4 to 6 in Springfield.

The Addison Trail students who competed are:

• Sophomore Rodrigo Ibarra: Cookie Decorating
• Junior Chloe Shepardson: Preschool Lesson
• Junior Jessica Burback: Preschool Lesson
• Senior Jocelyn Gallegos: Fashion Apparel Display
• Freshman Melany Tinajero Monroy: Fashion Apparel Display
