District 88 and Addison Trail staff members support the Village of Addison Sister Cities program

On Aug. 23, District 88 and Addison Trail staff members participated in the Village of Addison Sister Cities Golf Adventure to help raise funds for the village’s Sister Cities program with Triggiano, Italy. Through that student-exchange program, Addison hosts students from Triggiano, and Addison Trail students travel to Italy. On Aug. 23, District 88 and Addison Trail staff members participated in the Village of Addison Sister Cities Golf Adventure at Links & Tees Golf Facility in Addison.

The golf outing was a fundraiser for the village’s Sister Cities program with Triggiano, Italy. Through that student-exchange program, Addison hosts students from Triggiano, and Addison Trail students travel to Italy. The Village of Addison Sister Cities Committee continues to raise funds on behalf of Addison Trail students to provide scholarships for them to go to Italy.

The members of the winning golf team are Addison Trail Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department Chair Juliann Boudouris and Addison Trail CTE teacher Mike Maaske. As the winners, they received the Village of Addison Sister Cities Mayor’s Trophy.
