On Jan. 13, Addison Trail hosted its annual Young Alumni Day, where alumni from about the last seven years were invited back to the school.
Nearly 120 alumni attended the event, which involved seeing the school; enjoying refreshments; and visiting with friends and former teachers, coaches and staff members.
“Young Alumni Day is a wonderful opportunity for us to stay in touch with our recent graduates and keep them connected with their alma mater,” said Michael Bolden, Addison Trail Principal. “This year is particularly special, as we are celebrating the school’s 50th anniversary. We want alumni, current students, parents/guardians, community members and all stakeholders to join us in our yearlong festivities. For details about 50th anniversary events, call 630-628-3300, or go to www.dupage88.net/50thDetails. And remember – once a Blazer, always a Blazer.”
