Six Addison Trail students qualify for DECA International Career Development Conference

Six Addison Trail students have qualified to compete in the DECA International Career Development Conference.

Those students are:

• Seniors Jacob Bartkiewicz and Petra Kyriakopoulos in Business Services Operations Research (placed 1st at the State competition)
• Seniors Gabriela Jurkiewicz and Alondra Avitia in Fashion Merchandising Promotion Plan (placed 3rd at the State competition)
• Seniors Rebecca Falash and Jessica Muntner in Entrepreneurship Promotion Project (placed 3rd at the State competition)

The conference will take place from April 23 to 26 in Nashville, Tenn. DECA is a competitive club that prepares future leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, hospitality and business management. For more information about DECA, go to www.deca.org.
