On Feb. 2, 22 Addison Trail students were honored as AT’s Best.
The AT’s Best award recognizes students who have achieved a "personal best." The following categories have been used to recognize students: service, Blazer Pride, cooperation, dependability, initiative, leadership, humanitarian spirit or unique contributions. Students receive a pin or a T-shirt for their efforts and are honored during a breakfast.
AT’s Best students are:
Nominated by: Addison Trail English teacher and Theatre Director Anna Jakubka
Reason: For taking a leadership role during Addison Trail’s winter musical, “Jesus Christ Superstar”
Nominated by: Addison Trail special education teachers Jessica Sokolowski and Stacey Puccini
Reason: For her positive attitude and for helping another student in need
Nominated by: Addison Trail English teacher Patty Subers, science teacher Aileen Sullivan and social studies teacher Mark Olson
Reason: For their dependability, leadership in their academic achievement, Blazer Pride and cooperation in class
