Addison Trail recognizes AT's Best

On Feb. 2, 22 Addison Trail students were honored as AT’s Best.

The AT’s Best award recognizes students who have achieved a "personal best." The following categories have been used to recognize students: service, Blazer Pride, cooperation, dependability, initiative, leadership, humanitarian spirit or unique contributions. Students receive a pin or a T-shirt for their efforts and are honored during a breakfast.

AT’s Best students are:

  • Seniors Jacob Bartkiewicz, Michael Bellino, Amalia Bouzarelos Kopta, Cab Callaway, Courtney Cechini, Destenye Davis, Ellyanne Eaves, Michael Grojec, Michael Kroll, Victoria Robles, Heidi Scheleski and Alexandria Toay

Nominated by: Addison Trail English teacher and Theatre Director Anna Jakubka

Reason: For taking a leadership role during Addison Trail’s winter musical, “Jesus Christ Superstar”

  • Junior Ariana Calderone

Nominated by: Addison Trail special education teachers Jessica Sokolowski and Stacey Puccini

Reason: For her positive attitude and for helping another student in need

  • Freshmen Jennifer Reyes, Serena Gilliam, Karime Martinez, Nico Nasti, Mirella Bruno, Hannah Rodrigues, Terry Thompson, Benny Zhao and Sayaka Trufasu
