Addison Trail students experience concert by jazz ensemble from Germany

On Oct. 29, Addison Trail students had an opportunity to experience a unique concert at the school.

The Jazz Ensemble from Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium (AEG) in Böblingen, Germany, performed 12 pieces of music for about 150 students. The genre of music played showcased jazz and Latin jazz.

AEG is a university-prep secondary school, and the ensemble is touring the Chicago area. The goal of the event was to expand students’ repertoire of music and expose them to new cultures and styles.
