Addison Trail hosts annual Open House

On Aug. 31, Addison Trail students and parents/guardians attended the school’s annual Open House. To view the school’s Open House webpage, go to https://sites.google.com/dupage88.org/athsopenhouse/home.

Participants were able to tour the building, meet administrators and staff members and learn about Addison Trail’s curriculum as they followed an abbreviated version of their child’s daily schedule. Principal Jack Andrews welcomed the group and shared successes of Addison Trail, as well as important information for the school year.

The District 88 Transition Program also hosted an Open House for parents/guardians. That program helps individuals ages 18 to 21 who have a variety of abilities learn life skills, obtain job training in a community setting and transition to life after District 88.
