On Dec. 16 and 19, students in Addison Trail English teacher Katie Inzinga’s Creative Writing class participated in a special assignment called “Food for Thought: Writing a Recipe.”
For that project, students shared a recipe, as well as a story that accompanies the dish. They had the option to:
The class also invited staff members to participate, and six staff shared recipes that are important to them and brought dishes to pass for a tasting. Items included side dishes, entrées and desserts and represented a variety of cultures.
