Addison Trail hosts Homecoming 2022

From Sept. 12 to 17, Addison Trail celebrated Homecoming Week with several events and activities.

This year’s theme was “Rolling Out the Red Carpet,” and students and staff showed their Blazer Pride and school spirit throughout the week.

Highlights of Homecoming Week included:

• Sept. 12: Homecoming Variety Show, which featured 10 acts

• Sept. 14: Homecoming Blazer Bowl and Bonfire
  

  • The freshmen and sophomores tied.

  • The seniors won against the juniors.

• Sept. 16: Homecoming Pep Assembly and Football Game

• • During the Pep Assembly, members of the Homecoming Court were crowned. They are:

    • Freshmen: Noah Cruz Chavez and Yadira Wesby

    • Sophomores: Randy Florian and Cinthya Robles

    • Juniors: Christian Zacharia and Sveidi Serna

    • Seniors: Juan Trevino and Lara Dimitrijevic

• • • King and Queen (pictured above): Edward Franczak and Brianna Matthews

• The football game was against Proviso East. The event also featured the Addison Trail Marching Band, performances by several student groups and fireworks.

• Sept. 17: Homecoming Dance “Rolling Out the Red Carpet”

  • More than 1,100 students attended the dance.
