Counseling Corner: Addison Trail Guidance Department assists freshmen and juniors with planning for post-high school success

The Addison Trail Guidance Department is committed to providing services to prepare students for success after high school.

As part of that goal, the department is hosting the events/programs below.

Freshmen interviews
When: December

Guidance counselors are meeting with freshmen this month to complete interviews. This provides an opportunity for counselors to connect with and get to know the students. Counselors will discuss current grades and future plans; set goals; talk about ways students can get involved at Addison Trail; and help prepare students to select courses for their sophomore year.

  • This is a semimonthly column that features news from the Guidance Department. The column will alternate between Addison Trail and Willowbrook.
