District 88 to host Prospective Board Candidate Workshop

Those who are interested in running for the DuPage High School District 88 Board of Education during the Consolidated Election on April 6, 2027, are invited to attend a Prospective Board Candidate Workshop. Four seats will be open on the District 88 Board during the election.

When: 6 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2026

Where: Virtual/online (via Zoom)

Registration: Sign up to attend the workshop by Oct. 23 at http://www.dupage88.net/BoardCandidateWorkshop2026. The Zoom link will be sent to those who register.

Participants will learn:

1. Time requirements of being a Board member
   
   
2. Expectations of being a Board member
   
   
3. How to complete the filing/petition process
   
   
4. Attendees also will have an opportunity to ask questions about being a Board member
