    We have all walked past it. We all have seen it. We have all taken the time to read the newest contribution to...The Rock.
    So, what's the deal with it. Although the following may not be   rock solid information, it may answer some of your questions.

      Who paints The Rock? - Strangers in the night....usually sports teams and anyone else that wants to use the rock as a bulletin board for their favorite country, band, person, etc.

     Can I paint The Rock? - No. Well ok, why not.

    Can I get in trouble for painting The Rock? - Maybe...neither the school nor the police have issued an official statement. So if you get caught you are on your own.

    Where did The Rock come from? - Well when the school was first built the builders left a stone there about the size of the an orange. I am talking about a large orange...but an orange never the less. Anyway in the begining there was only enough room to paint one word. But, since everyone had a diffrent idea of what that one word should be, the rock was constantly being painted over. Fast forward to today...experts estimate there are over 3,000 coats of paint covering the small orange size rock. Now that you know the history of The Rock, I  have an elevator pass to the fourth floor swimming pool you might be interested in buying.
