Addison Trail Social Studies Department to offer World War II trip to Europe in 2016

During spring break next year (2016), Addison Trail students currently in grades nine through 11 are invited to participate in a trip to Europe. The educational tour will consist of visits to World War II sites in France, Belgium and Germany.

Students must apply and be selected to join the trip, and the selection process involves:

• Students must pay the cost of the trip.
• Students must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
• Students must have a teacher recommendation.
• Students must complete an essay and an interview.
• Students cannot have any behavioral issues from the Deans Office.

Informational meetings for students will take place on Dec. 10. There will be a meeting at 7:15 a.m. in room 349, during resource period in room 208 and at 3 p.m. in room 349.
