Freshmen students/parents: Immunization requirements for 2014-15

This is a reminder for incoming freshmen students and their parents.

Many health providers are now seeing students for ninth-grade physicals and immunizations for the 2014-15 school year. Along with the required ninth-grade physical, changes for the immunization requirements for the 2014-15 school year include Tdap vaccination, two doses of varicella (chicken pox) vaccinations and two doses of mumps and rubella vaccinations.
