Addison Trail hosts State send-off celebration for member of Boys Cross-Country Team

On Nov. 6, Addison Trail hosted a State send-off celebration for junior Nathan Gundersen (pictured above), who competed in the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Boys Cross-Country State Meet.

That event took place on Nov. 8 at Detweiller Park in Peoria, and Gundersen will compete in the 3-mile event.

Gundersen was greeted and honored by his peers and Addison Trail staff members during a parade, as he marched through the hallways of the school behind the Addison Trail Drum Line.
