Seven Willowbrook students qualify for 2020 BPA National Leadership Conference

Seven Willowbrook students recently qualified to compete at the 2020 Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference.

Although the conference (which was scheduled to take place from May 6 to 10 in Maryland) has been canceled because of health and safety concerns regarding coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), District 88 wants to recognize these students and acknowledge their accomplishments.

Students who qualified are:

  • Computer Animation Team: Junior Talha Ali, sophomore Charles May, junior Logan Bosco and junior Jonathan Cazarez
  • Senior Jack Carey: ICD-10 Diagnostic Coding
  • Sophomore Chris Nasi: SQL Database Fundamentals
  • Sophomore Charles May: Visual Basic/C# Programming
  • Senior Talhah Waheed: Visual Basic/C# Programming
  • Junior Jonathan Cazarez: Visual Basic/C# Programming
  • Junior Talha Ali: C++ Programming
