District 88 hosts end-of-year barbecues to celebrate 2015-16 school year

District 88 recently celebrated the successes of the 2015-16 school year with barbecues for staff members. On May 26, Willowbrook hosted an end-of-year barbecue for staff to celebrate a successful 2015-16 school year and to thank staff members for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Addison Trail hosted its annual staff barbecue on May 27.

In 2014, District 88 entered into a partnership with Glenbard District 87 to create a special education outside-placement facility, which provides a local, cost-effective and higher-quality option to better meet the needs of our students. That facility is called the DuPage Glenbard Ombudsman PLUS program, which is designed for students with special needs. On May 26, the facility hosted a barbecue for students and staff in celebration of the 2015-16 school year.
