Online cafeteria credit deposits - MBA Café

District 88 offers parents/guardians the ability to make secure, online deposits into their student’s cafeteria account.

The district is transitioning from using Nucleus for this process to using a program called MBA Café.

Important notes:

  • Any Nucleus account that had a positive balance has been transferred to MBA Café.

  • Any negative balance in Nucleus has been added to student fee accounts.

  • Payments can only be processed on the website listed above (not through PowerSchool).

Free and Reduced-Priced Meal Application

District 88 offers healthy meals every school day and participates in the Illinois Free Lunch/Breakfast Program. Eligible families must meet the program’s income guidelines and fill out the application below.

  • As a reminder, families must reapply each school year. Benefits from last year will expire on Sept. 28, so be sure to apply/reapply before that date.
