District 88 to host ACT preparation course for grade 11 students

District 88 will offer a test-preparation course to help Addison Trail and Willowbrook grade 11 students achieve success on the ACT exam.

What: This course will support students in improving their ACT skills and strategies to prepare for the ACT exam, which will be administered on April 15. It will be taught by District 88 math, science and English teachers and will use direct instruction and the online ACT resource ChalkTalk. Students will have access to ChalkTalk in class and at home.

When: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays from Feb. 5 to March 26, 2026

Where: Willowbrook High School, 1250 S. Ardmore Ave. in Villa Park

Cost: $140 a student
