District 88 students invited to make positive community change through joining Reality Illinois

Attention, Addison Trail and Willowbrook students! You’re invited to join Reality Illinois, the Teen Advisory Board for the DuPage County Health Department.

This group is dedicated to breaking stigma, promoting mental health and inspiring healthy choices. Participants are involved with designing impactful programs, empowering their peers and making a positive difference for fellow teens. All high school students in DuPage County are welcome to join.

Reality Illinois will host several events this summer, from June to August. These include a PhilanthroParty kickoff, making blankets for shelter animals, yoga in the park, a neighborhood beautification gardening project, enhancing skills to manage stress and executive functioning deficits, and more.
