District 88 PPS team shares information about home visits intervention

During the May 19 District 88 Board of Education meeting, members of the District 88 Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) team spoke about PPS interventions, including home visits.

They shared details about home visits such as when and why a visit would take place and the benefits of those visits. Home visits are a way for the district to identify issues and assist students and their families and encourage students to invest in their education. This intervention has proven to be beneficial for students and their families.
