You're invited to an Open Door Event coordinated by DuPagePads. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 16 at DuPage County Fairgrounds, 2015 Manchester Road in Wheaton.
Participants will have an opportunity to meet with social service agencies from throughout the county, including substance abuse services, medical assistance, free dental screenings, mental health services, free flu vaccines, housing and rental assistance, financial help, free blood pressure checks, children’s services, legal assistance, veteran services and food bags provided by Glen Ellyn Food Pantry. There also will be giveaways.
