Addison Trail students recognized for performance on national Italian exam

On May 17, Addison Trail recognized 18 students for their performance on the 2018 National Italian High School Examination.

The exam is hosted by the American Association of Teachers of Italian (AATI). The high school assessment is comprised of five levels and three categories, based on experience with and knowledge of the language.

Addison Trail students who were honored are sophomore Ruby Alvarado, junior Anna Anelli, sophomore Stephanie Avila, sophomore Melissa Carrera-Rivera, junior Melisa Castro, sophomore Rocco Ciarfaglia, junior Eduardo Cortez, junior Jessica Cucinella, sophomore Ernesto Garcia Rodriguez, junior Cesar Herrera, senior Karina Martinez, junior Ramiro Mondragon, junior Yessenia Nava, senior Joselyn Nunez, freshman Tiffany Perez, sophomore Kenneth Perez, senior Giovanna Scarabaggio and freshman Perla Vargas.
