Two Willowbrook students qualify for DECA International Career Development Conference

Willowbrook junior Bahgat Hassan and senior Millie Zachariah have qualified to compete in the DECA International Career Development Conference. That event will take place from April 21 to 24 in Georgia.

Hassan qualified in Principles of Business Management and Administration after placing 2nd in that event at State, and Zachariah qualified in Quick Serve Restaurant Management after placing 4th in that event at State.

Seniors Alyssa Lavery (Apparel and Accessories Marketing) and Ammar Waheed (Principles of Hospitality and Tourism) finished in the top 10 in their events at State and were recognized with medals during the Grand Awards Ceremony.
