You’re invited to District 88’s Community Nights to celebrate the start of the 2017-18 school year

As summer break winds down and back-to-school planning begins, we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating the start of the 2017-18 school year with our second annual Community Nights.

These events are sponsored by the District 88 Foundation, which raises funds to benefit District 88 students. For more information about the foundation, go to www.dupage88.net/foundation. The Community Nights will take place on Aug. 18 in the football stadiums at Addison Trail (213 N. Lombard Road in Addison) and Willowbrook (1250 S. Ardmore Ave. in Villa Park). Doors will open at 6 p.m., and a showcase of the schools’ athletic teams and extracurricular activities will begin at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free, and donations will be accepted for the District 88 Foundation. The evening will feature:

  • A scrimmage by the Soccer Team
  • A scrimmage by the Football Team
  • Performances by the Marching Band, Color Guard, Cheerleading Team and dance groups
  • Introductions of the fall sports teams
  • Introductions of local youth teams
  • Concessions and spirit wear for sale

For questions or more information, contact District 88 Director of Community Relations Dani Brink at 630-530-3989 or dbrink@dupage88.net. We look forward to seeing you on Aug. 18, and thank you for your continued support of District 88!
