Addison Trail to host International Fest Week

From Feb. 21 to 24, Addison Trail will celebrate International Fest Week.

During that week, students will hear presentations in which speakers will discuss their travels and experiences from throughout the world. The school is looking for adults to share their stories of traveling abroad, and those who are interested can sign up at https://goo.gl/forms/O4l0JxF5jyWZqvn42.

The week will culminate with the International Dance Show on Feb. 24. The event will begin at 7 p.m. and will feature dances that represent a variety of countries/cultures. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s show will be donated to Maestro Cares Foundation. According to the foundation’s website (http://maestrocares.org), “Maestro Cares Foundation improves the quality of life of orphaned and disadvantaged children in Latin America and the U.S. (It does) so by providing housing, educational programming and the essential resources to support their growth and development, so they can become tomorrow’s leaders.” Stay tuned for further event details.
