Willowbrook hosts 2016 commencement ceremony

On May 22, members of the class of 2016 received their diplomas and graduated from Willowbrook during the school’s 57th commencement ceremony. This year, about 475 students have graduated from Willowbrook.

Family members and friends cheered on the graduates, and Willowbrook Principal Dan Krause, District 88 Board of Education President Donna Craft Cain and class of 2016 graduation speakers Sally Nijim, Khateeb Raza and Galen Bergsten offered words of encouragement and congratulations.

The Willowbrook Orchestra and senior members of Willowbrook’s Choral program provided musical entertainment during the ceremony.
