Willowbrook students attend Technology Career Expo
Above and below: Willowbrook students participate in a Technology Career Expo at College of DuPage (COD). The event took place on Jan. 29 and allowed students to learn more about the technology industry.
On Jan. 29, 15 Willowbrook students participated in a Technology Career Expo at College of DuPage (COD).
During that event, students were able to learn about career opportunities in the technology industry and the educational training needed for those careers. They also met with professors and business professionals and had the opportunity to choose three of the following sessions to attend.
- Automotive Service Technology
- Computer Information Systems
- Computer Internetworking Technologies
- Electronics/Electromechanical Technology
- Engineering
- Game Design
- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR)
- Horticulture
- Manufacturing
- Welding
