Addison Trail hosts State send-off for four students who will perform during the Illinois Music Education Conference

On Jan. 27, Addison Trail hosted a State send-off celebration for four students who will perform during the Illinois Music Education Association’s (ILMEA) Illinois Music Education Conference.

The conference is from Jan. 27 to 30 at Peoria Civic Center. The All-State Musicians re-auditioned during the event for placement within their respective ensemble, and below are the results.

• Senior JT Bonilla (Honors Orchestra, 1st chair for bass clarinet)
• Junior Ryan Cabildo (All-State Jazz Ensemble, the only baritone sax)
• Senior Arthur Lee (Honors Concert Band, 1st chair for alto sax)
• Senior Daniel Nowosad (Honors Concert Band, 2nd chair for tuba)
