Addison Trail wins 2015 District 88 Crosstown Powder-Puff Football Game

On Oct. 1, Addison Trail and Willowbrook junior and senior girls faced off on the gridiron for a cause during the District 88 Crosstown Powder-Puff Football Game.

The event raised about $350, and proceeds will benefit the District 88 Foundation. The District 88 Foundation is a member of the Partnership for Inspired Education (PIE) Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that serves public school students in District 88, Addison Elementary School District 4, School District 45 and Salt Creek School District 48. Founded in 2009, the PIE Foundation is designed to be the foundation that supports a long-term partnership with the community, businesses, schools and, most importantly, the children served.

The District 88 Crosstown Powder-Puff Football Game took place at Addison Trail, and Addison Trail won 7-0.
