District 88 and Addison Trail staff members support the Village of Addison Sister Cities program

On Aug. 26, District 88 and Addison Trail staff members participated in the Village of Addison Sister Cities Golf Adventure at Links & Tees Golf Facility in Addison.

The golf outing was a fundraiser for the village’s Sister Cities program with Triggiano, Italy. Through that student-exchange program, Addison hosts students from Triggiano, and Addison Trail students travel to Italy.

More than 85 people participated in the fundraiser, and proceeds will go toward scholarships for students who want to participate in the Sister Cities program. The Village of Addison Sister Cities Committee continues to raise funds on behalf of Addison Trail students to provide scholarships for them to travel to Italy.
