District 88 to host vaccine clinic for students and community members

District 88, in partnership with Broadway Medical Center, will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 24, 2021, at Addison Trail High School.

The following groups are invited to register for the clinic:

• Students who attend the following schools/districts
  
  
  • District 88
  • Montini
  • Timothy Christian
  • Islamic Foundation
  • Fenton High School
  • Glenbard District 87
  • District 99

• Family members of District 88, Addison School District 4, District 45 and Salt Creek School District 48 students, staff and community partners
  
  
• Residents of Addison, Villa Park, Lombard and Oakbrook Terrace

* The only requirement is that you were born on or before April 24, 2005 (16 years of age or older). Anyone under the age of 18 will require parent/guardian consent prior to receiving the vaccine.
