As a reminder, all Seniors are invited to attend Prom 2021 at Willowbrook High School on Saturday, May 15, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
So we may effectively plan for that evening, if you are attending, please complete this form as your final RSVP by Monday, May 10.
Also, thank you to those students who have already sent their permission forms for themselves and if they plan to bring a guest. If you have not already submitted it, please complete this dance permission form for you and if you will be bringing a guest who attends Willowbrook High School. If your guest does not attend Willowbrook High School, you and your guest must complete this form. These forms should be submitted by Monday, May 10.
