Addison Trail hosts end-of-school-year events to recognize, honor and celebrate students

As a reminder, Addison Trail is planning a variety of end-of-school-year events for students, particularly for members of the class of 2021.

It has been a historic and unprecedented year, and Addison Trail wants to recognize, honor and celebrate students as much as possible. Activities include:

  • Yard signs for seniors: Distributed on April 14

  • Homecoming Week: Took place from April 19 to 22 (see a recap of the week, including a video of the Homecoming Pep Assembly, at https://www.dupage88.net/site/page/12805)

  • Spring music concerts: May 5 and 11 (watch the concerts at https://www.youtube.com/c/AddisonTrailHSFineArts/videos)

  • Cap and gown pickup: 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on May 11 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • An opportunity for seniors to dress up, come to school, listen to music and have photo ops with friends in formal/semiformal attire and caps and gowns: 7 to 9 p.m. on May 12 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • Senior Takeover Day: May 14 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • Senior Awards Night: 7 p.m. on May 19 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • Last day for seniors: May 21

  • Senior Picnic (cost to attend is $20): 6 p.m. on May 21 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • Orchesis Show: 2 and 7 p.m. on May 22 (CLICK HERE for details)

  • Graduation: May 23

  • Yearbook pickup: 9 a.m. to noon on July 12 (for seniors) and 9 a.m. to noon on July 13 (for all other students) (CLICK HERE for details)
