Attention, members of the Addison Trail class of 2021!

It’s time to schedule your senior photo session with HR Imaging Partners/Root Studios. See all the details below.

When: Time slots are available from 3 to 8 p.m. from Oct. 19 to 22

Where: Addison Trail, 213 N. Lombard Road in Addison (in the Blazer Room)

How to schedule an appointment: Log into your account at www.rootseniors.com, and sign up for a time slot

Cost:

• Yearbook portrait photo: Free
  
  
• Specialty senior photos: Added costs

Important coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) procedures:

• Enter through door No. 1 for a temperature check and a health screening
  
  
• Enter by yourself (no family or friends)
  
  
• Wear a mask the entire time, except for when pictures are being taken
  
  
• Proceed to the Blazer Room, and maintain social distancing while waiting for the photographer’s instructions
