Willowbrook senior recognized by The College Board for top performance on Advanced Placement (AP)/college-level exam

Willowbrook senior Jackson Hathaway was recently recognized by The College Board for his performance on the Advanced Placement (AP)/college-level United States Government and Politics Exam, which he took in May 2018.

AP exams are scored on a scale of 1 to 5, where a 5 is equivalent to a grade of A in the corresponding college course. Hathaway not only received the top score of 5, but he also was one of 113 students in the world to earn every point possible on the United States Government and Politics Exam.

According to The College Board, only 675 students in the world earned every point possible on an AP Exam, receiving the maximum score on each portion of the assessment.
