District 88 celebrates Village of Villa Park Centennial

On Aug. 9, the Village of Villa Park celebrated its centennial with a family picnic and a 5K run/walk.

The picnic featured food, music, fireworks and children’s games and activities to celebrate the village’s 100th anniversary. District 88 and Willowbrook administrators attended the events, and more than 50 Willowbrook students volunteered to help.
