Willowbrook student named to 2014 Illinois Coaches Association Class 4A All-State Softball Team

Willowbrook softball player Samantha Schmidt, who will be a senior this coming school year, has been named to the 2014 Illinois Coaches Association (ICA) Class 4A All-State Softball Team.

Schmidt has been selected to the first team, and only 13 other players received that honor. Schmidt is a shortstop for the Willowbrook Softball Team. She was nominated for the All-State Team by Willowbrook Softball Head Coach Rachel Karos and was selected for her talents on the softball field.
