To take the same data source already created and make labels, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Mail Merge
  3. Click Create – choose Mailing Labels
  4. Click Active Window
  5. Click Get Data Button
  6. Choose Open Data Source – this will open your Open File – select the file used for your data source.
  7. Click Set Up Main Document. In the Label Options dialog box, choose Avery standard from the Label products drop-down box. Choose 5160 – Address. Click OK
  8. In the Create Labels dialog box, choose Title from the Insert Merge Field drop-down list and press spacebar. Continue this process until you have the address on the label.
  9. When finished with the address click OK
  10. Click Merge to open the Merge dialog box. Choose New Document and click Merge.

At this point, you now have your letters and labels. In minutes your envelopes will be assembled ready to mail. J
