Technology Tools for Teachers

Home

Introduction

In the summer of 1999, at the end of the century (before Y2K), a group of teachers and a volunteer parent from Ameritech came together to create a place for everyone to learn about new ideas and share the wonderful things that they already do. And so Technology Tools for Teachers was born. This is an effort to help all District 88 staff (certified and classified) be efficient in the tools of the times.

Presentations

If you (teacher, program aide, secretary, etc.) have something that would help others, an idea, a shortcut, a program, please contact Laura Heine, Elaine Buch, Tom Hubner at Addison Trail or Maggie Dickow or Mary Ann Janiak at Willowbrook for information on how to add to this site. Any and all ideas are welcome in the effort to help everyone use technology. *****Please!  We know that there is always more than one way to do something. These presentations do not represent the only way or even the best way to do things. We look forward to your contributions. *****
