STUDY

Using note cards to evaluate process and content.

  1. Give each student a note card for each presentation.

  2. Have students label the presenters and presentation topic at the top of the card

  3. Create a T chart on rest of card. 

    1. On one side list 1 – 3 content facts from the presentation

    2. On the other side list 1 positive presentation method used and 1 thing that could have been done better in the presentation.

  4. The cards then can be collected and either

    1. Given to presenters for their self-evaluation.  Did the audience get the key facts?  What did we do well?  What do we need to work on.

Compiled by the teacher to give the group an additional source of information on their presentation.
